And as a young and fresh company we are really happy to be involved with an app. Bitforge has been responsible for the implementation of the application and was a part of the whole development process. Within a short time everything has been programmed and built according the wishes of the customer. Of course you’ll find facebook connectivity as well! The user is now able to watch the latest videos and broadcasts from joiz and is able to participate in voting’s directly from the app itself. So everything at joiz is well connected and the interactive package of joiz has been completed with the app.

The application consist of different parts which all provide advantage in handling the facts and information within the complex health system in Switzerland and gives personal needed information about medication and doctors. Various news about the subject are located in the news section where all kinds of information are collected. Drugs and Search are the main features of the application. With the Search function the patient is able to find the best medical center or doctor directly according to the needed specialization. It’s also possible to search for specific locations or subjects. With the location function the user is as well able to look for medical centers just around his current position. There are many different drugs for all kinds of problems. It can happen that patients loose the overview within all those. Or he has a drug at home but cannot tell for which illness he received it because he already lost the package or the package insert. With the drug list of MobilMed this is no longer a problem.

The GardenApp has been developed by Vanija; bitforge was a competent partner which delivered the basic technologies with Unity Plugins. The Pfister GardenApp enhances the portfolio of Möbel Pfister and shows as well, that bitforge can be a successful "enabler" in the production of applications. The app should provide an easier way for customers to find their perfect furniture for their garden. The garden app enhances the service of Möbel Pfister in combination with the atelier pfister app which was published recently.

The Application is dedicated to Sponsors and other persons who share their interest for the projects and help of World Vision. Together with the game Amanzivision – also developed by bitforge – the Mobile Package of World Vision is completed. The closer contact of the sponsors with their sponsored child is priority as well as the information around the sponsored child such as local and personal information. Bitforge was – among conception – also responsible for the whole development of the application.

The traditional Swiss manufacturer of furniture – Pfister – has a fusty image. Those who buy their furniture there are said to be old. "Our parents buy there", the younger generation says. Something has to change. To attain this generation, CEO Meinrad Fleischmann has thought of something new: The Label "Atelier Pfister" contains a collection of over one hundred pieces of furniture, designed for young and modern customers. The special thing about this collection is that it has been created by Swiss designers.

The result of this co-production is a user-friendly application with which you are able to take look at your flat equipped with Atelier Pfister products – in 3D! At the center of the application are the 70 items. All those items are in 3D and can be turned around or scaled. With this feature you can take a picture of – for example – your living room and place a certain item in your flat. So you get a first glimpse of how your flat could look like with the selected furniture. All you have left to do is to go to a Pfister store and buy the item. And by the way, with the app you'll find the next Pfister store in no time. Also you'll find detailed information about the designers and of course you can show everything to your friends with the connection to Social Communities.

First of all it was necessary to evaluate the technical feasibility. In close co-work with the customer, the right platform was chosen and the project could be realized as Nokia Widget with the technologies of Web Runtime and Flash Lite. All this was made within a very short period.

Information and experience in best quality! The various guides, developed by bitforge, offer both. The digital festival brochures – among them the festival guide and the euro guide for the EM 2008 – combine classic information with multimedia content. They assist the users in an interactive way through the festival season and of course the EM 2008 in Switzerland / Austria.

And they are a huge success. Over 50'000 downloads have been counted and the guides have been started over 260'000 times – and that was even before the iPhone Hype and at a time, when Dataflatrates where still a dream for handy users.

The Content Management System (CMS) for all the guides have been specially developed and optimized by bitforge. At that time, the prices for data transfers where extremely high. While synchronizing the CMS and the mobile device only the changes have been implemented to keep the costs as low as possible. Bitforge also developed a protocol, which optimizes the amount of data so the users won't pay too much at the end of the month.

Within that CMS all information and features of the guides can be continuously actualized, for example the results of matches or new hotspots at a festival map. Of course also news, portraits and sponsors. This specially developed CMS builds the solid foundation for the success of the festival guides.
